- One of the best glute isolation exercises on the planet. Get almost 95% glute isolation of the entire complex. *This is a progressed version of the AAA.
- How the glutes are responsible for over 50% of the systemic inflammation in your body.
- How many reps, sets and rounds you should do.
Why do this?
- The glute muscle complex controls more of our metabolism, systemic inflammation, and mental health than we think. Until you prime and build up your glute muscle complex, you will always have issues with low energy, anxiety, and knee-hip-back pain (including neck and shoulder pain).
YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:
- Do the AAThrusts for 5 reps, 3 sets. Do both sides. Then repeat for 3-5 rounds.
