Why do this? These 3 moves focus on the the area of the most stagnation (and toxin buildup) in the body for most people, the hip-core region. When you apply these moves to this area, it stimulates stem cell production. When you twist, reach, extend and thrust your body, it stimulates healing and harmonizing of cells and hormones making you feel young, free and alive.
YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:
- Do these 3 moves (and add the HalfSplit HT) 3 to 6x per week for maximum impact.
