Why try this? 

  • When you eat a savory meal as first meal, you allow your body to go longer without a sugar spike. Count the hours since dinner from prior night; a good pattern is between 12 to 16 hrs. Blood sugar regulation is fundamental key to health and longevity.

Tip:  I like to play some classical or gospel music as I prepare meals. The ambiance matters to me. I like to be near a window where I can see the outside sky and trees, to make it a beautiful moment where I enjoy the bounty God provided and be grateful. It aids digestion, calm and health.
