ROAR = Weights + Cardio hybrid Workout

*(If you have joint pain): Modify the impact moves to avoid any aggravation of joint pain. Build up to full jumps as you go.

What you'll learn:

  1. A new type of workout created by ko that has all the benefits of resistance/strength training and cardio mixed into one. It's the most efficient and effective form of exercise on the planet for building the body you want. Everything you've been doing thus far was to prepare you for this.
  2. Our bones need more longitudinal stress (impact), especially the femur bone as we age. Or else it gets weak, brittle and leaks calcium (leading to arthritis). This workout helps you begin impact exercises safely.
  3. How strong your body really is and how radiant you can feel at any age.

Why do this?    We need strength training and cardio regularly. ROAR helps you get the benefits of both in a fraction of the time. 

YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:

  1. Do the ROAR Upper Body Biased workout using light dumbbells (lighter than usual your first time). 
  2. Do your weekly Tracking Log now. We want to track the changes in our body, energy and mood so we know the kind of benefit ROAR is having on us.
