"How to Remove the tension that makes you feel stuck"
False Belief: "If I do enough yoga, breath work, and meditation, it should go away."
What you learn today:
- The danger of chronic tension and how it can lead to more repression and suffering than you think.
- The only solution that can remove it from your body and life permanently, and how to begin applying it today.
- Why things like breath work, meditation, yoga and even PPR are temporary at best. They're good tools but they won't remove it for good.
Why do the this?
- Tension can cause you to desperately reach for things to comfort, numb and escape it. Things like junk food, porn, shopping, gambling, and excessive working--anything to distract you from feeling it.
YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:
- Try the solution after watching the video.
- Repeat it as much as you need until it's gone. Think of it like this, you are sick and in the intensive unit of the hospital. This solution is what heals you so you can finally be released from the hospital. But you're still weak and some time will be needed to fully regain strength. Keep using it until old habits, actions and behaviors are changed (full strength). Then use it as needed.
