3 Warm Up Exercises

Doing these 3 warmup exercises help you avoid injury but it does more than that; It helps you perform better and really enjoy the workout more.

Here's the hamstring activation warmup.

Warning:  There's a lot of stagnant built up toxins in the hamstring region. That's why cellulite builds up there. *Make sure to drink more water than usual for the first 2 weeks while activating and toning your hamstrings.

Here's the Hip & Knee Activation & Lubrication For Injury Prevention and Increased Performance

Do these warmups before doing the workout below.

WORKOUT: 3 Way Split Squats

*Make sure you do these only after doing the warmups.

I recommend beginners start with 2 pounders and try to bring knee to the floor. Advanced start with 5 pounders and bring knee to floor.

*Do not force into pain. Take breaks as needed.

Learn how to incorporate this workout into your weekly routine.

Why do this?   Muscle strengthening the lower body (glutes, quads and hamstrings) is directly linked to a high quality life and longevity. Meaning, it's the most anti-aging thing you can do.  When you do this type of exercise, special molecules are released into the blood stream that slows degeneration, reverses depression, and speeds glucose metabolism. It's THE most important thing you can do for your health and beauty.
