Move - "Teeters"

Grade your current energy level on a scale from 1 to 5 (1= low energy, 5=high amount of energy). Then do this maneuver and reassess your energy level.

If you have severe hip pain:  Go slow and gentle into 30% of the move. Hold for 10 seconds. Do both sides. Note which side is weaker and less flexible and tell me when checkin in. Repeat for 2 total rounds.

If you have minimal to moderate hip pain/problems: Go slow and gentle into 70% of the move. Hold for 20 seconds. Do both sides. Note which side is weaker and less flexible and tell me when checkin in. Repeat for 2 total rounds.

If you have no hip pain/problems: Go slow and gentle into 90% of the move. Hold for 30 seconds. Do both sides. Note which side is weaker and less flexible and tell me when checkin in. Repeat for 2 total rounds.

Challenging your hips while placing head below the heart is a formula for accelerated lymphatic flow, instant energy and youthfulness.
