- A simple move to add to your hip-core arsenal that builds and develops solid abs more easily and functionally than situps and crunches.

- When your core is solid, you feel rock solid and confident.
Why do this? Most exercises do not work the abdominal obliques, transverse abdominis, low abs or hip flexors. This workout hits all of them. These moves are not found in mainstream media.
