  1. How to create a balanced, strong spine at any age.
  2. How to correct the muscular and structural imbalances that cause weak lungs, slow metabolism and low energy.

Why do this?  Most exercises do not work these key core spinal muscles. These moves are not found in mainstream media. Weak core spinal muscles are a major cause of chronic diseases and play a role in heart attacks as well as obesity.
