"Day2: The Sh-Abs-Tri Workout Combo"

What you learn today:

  1. A new workout to go with your lowbody-glute workout. Builds full body tone and balance for boost in metabolism (fat-burning).

Why do this?  Less is more in many cases, and so it is with your workouts. This workout targets the most common weaknesses in women 35+ (the obliques, shoulder complex, and serratus anterior muscle). This workout can stop the message of "Unsafe-ness" to the brain and lower cortisol so that you can balance hormones, increase libido and burn more fat.

How To Do The "Sh-Ab-Tri Workout Combo)

The Sh-Ab-Tri Workout Combo:

Move1: Shoulder Thrust (in half-plank position)

Move2: Dips

Repeat for 4 rounds for max benefit.

WARNING: Your waist and abs might be sore next day. (But soreness is a sign that weakness is leaving your body).

Important Notes:

  1. Always do at least one Activation move before starting such as Plank Side-to-Sides or V-ups, or Downdog.  
  2. Always go easy on round one. Then progressively push harder on rounds 2, 3, etc.
  3. Don’t hold your breath. Relax the belly, tongue and ears as you do the move.
  4. Instead of resting in between sets, do the Half-Splits, Half-Turtle or Wide Stance instead. This keeps your lymphatic system flowing so your cortisol doesn’t rise too much.
