Why do this? This workout combines two of the best moves on the planet for fat-burning, metabolism, mobility and strength.
The GluteMed-VMO Workout
Repeat for 4 rounds for max benefit.
Important Notes:
- Always do the Heel Hip Thrusts before starting any exercise.
- Start round 1 with easier moves. Then progressively do the more challenging moves or variations as you go in round 2, 3, etc.
- Don’t hold your breath. Relax the belly, tongue and ears as you do the move.
- Only squeeze the muscles required to do the move. Do not tense up any other muscle.
Advanced:
- Instead of resting in between sets, do the Half-Splits or Half-Turtle instead. This keeps your lymphatic system flowing and you don’t raise cortisol as high.
YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:

- Always do the "Heel HipThrusts" as an activation and warmup BEFORE doing this workout.
