"The 3-Step Technique That Just might Change Your Life"

- How leaving tension in the body unresolved can lead to a "dorsal vagal state" and suicidal thoughts.
- The 3-Step technique that has helped ko develop a foundation of peace and calm (and lean, healthy body and metabolism)
- The three recommended times you should do this technique (called "The Releaser")

Why do the this? Many things can cause tension besides stress. Even chemicals in foods, working out/exerting, everyday worrying, and sitting too long. This technique helps you quickly and easily release tension throughout the day to prevent it from accumulating.
YOUR INSTRUCTIONS FOR TODAY:
- Do this technique the three times of day suggested in the video.
- For even greater results, couple this with the other things shown to you prior (eg. PPR, Detox Routine, Half-Turtle, Wide Stance Hip Thrusts, 4-7-8 Breath, Up/Down Dog).
