A gentle rhythmic reset that turns off the neck bracing signal (suboccipital point), lets your breath drop deeper, softens your whole body, and boosts vagal tone instantly.
Your neck hasn’t been tight because it's “weak.”
It’s tight because the suboccipitals — tiny muscles at the base of your skull — keep sending a danger signal to your brain.
When that signal stays “on,” your body responds the only way it knows how:
The Bobble gently switches that signal off.
When that happens, your whole system says:
"Finally… I can let go."
The suboccipitals sit right on top of the brainstem — the command center for bracing and threat detection.
When they tighten, the body interprets it as danger.
When they release rhythmically, the body gets the opposite message:
“I’m safe.”
That single shift improves vagal tone, lowers sympathetic output, and helps your entire torso unwind.
This is why the Bobble feels like you’re “exhaling” through your whole spine.
This is NOT a stretch or exercise. Do it gently. It shuts down one of the protective signals near your skull. Do for 30 seconds to 2min. Do a couple times per day or whenever needed.
Keep it loose, keep it rhythmic, keep it easy.
1. Clasp your hands behind your back.
Let your shoulders drop naturally.
2. Tilt your head gently to the right
As you do, sway your arms to the right.
3. Tilt to the left
Arms sway left.
4. Keep bobbling for 30 seconds
Slow, soft, rhythmic. You’re not stretching — you’re resetting.
You may feel:
• breath opening
• upper body softening
• nervous system downshifting
If you feel lighter after 10 seconds, that’s the signal changing.
Most people notice within seconds:
That’s your vagus nerve firing clean again — not someday, not later… right now.
If you want to mention pelvic floor (safe version):
“When the tightness under your skull lets go, the gripping lower in your body often does too — because these areas talk to each other more than people realize.”
If the Bobble helped you feel lighter, the next move resets one of the major signal zones over 80% of tight, tense, stressed people struggle with.

“You don’t have to fight your body to feel better.
You just have to change the signal.”
