...but most people just call me Ko.
I don’t teach healing from textbooks. I teach it from real life scar tissue.
There are two types of pain: the everyday sort of pain but then there's pain that hums quietly under your skin for years (and decades), the kind that doctors can’t name but you can’t escape. I’ve lived it. But more importantly, I've overcome it. And that’s why I do what I do.

The Fall That Started It All
When I was five, I fell off a horse.
I didn’t break a bone, but something in me shifted. My body never felt the same again. Growing up, I carried this invisible stiffness, this strange disconnect between what my mind wanted to do and what my body would allow.
I became obsessed with understanding why. Why some people bounce back easily while others, like me, get stuck in cycles of tension, fatigue, and pain.
That childhood fall didn’t just shape my spine—it shaped my mission.

From Pain to Purpose
As I grew older, I tried everything: physical therapy, strength training, chiropractics, yoga, breathwork. All helped a little—but nothing lasted.
The harder I pushed, the more my body resisted.
As I grew older, my body grew tired, more stiff and I ended up gaining a lot of weight. I gained over 60 pounds of fat around my belly and organs...

I got to a point where I would get pain in my chest, jaw and neck. It scared me.
One day, by God's grace, I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it.
That’s when things changed.
I discovered that most chronic pain isn’t just a muscle or joint problem—it’s a mental/emotional and nervous system problem.
Your body isn’t broken (it’s just overloaded with tension).

My Philosophy
I believe the body is miraculous—God designed it to heal, adapt, and restore itself when given the right environment.
Healing isn’t about forcing alignment or chasing perfection. It’s about creating safety—inside the nervous system, inside the joints, inside the self.
When you calm the body’s stress signals, everything changes: tension releases, pain softens, mobility returns, energy rises, and strength becomes effortless.
This is what I call Sympathetic Signal Reset™ (SSR™)—a way to re-educate your nervous system so your body can finally trust movement again.

My approach blends modern science with what I call “body-based healing.”
It’s grounded in research on fascia, lymph flow, and neuroplasticity—but it’s also about how it feels to live in your own skin.
You won’t find jargon here. You’ll find tools that work.
I’ve seen people go from fragile to fierce—not because they got stronger first, but because they finally felt safe enough to move.

Why I Do This
You shouldn’t have to be wealthy, educated, or “into fitness” to understand your own body.
Everyone deserves access to the knowledge that helps them move without fear and live without that dull ache of uncertainty.
I’ve worked with thousands of people—athletes, artists, parents, retirees—and the truth is the same every time:

The Mission
My mission is simple:
To help people heal—without needing a medical degree, a gym membership, or a prescription.
Through Hip-Core™, MultiFunctional Movement™, and the programs we’re building, I want to make healing human again—accessible, kind, and real.
