A Safe & Invigorating Signal For Your Body
Oftentimes, Our Body Responds Best To Something Less Forceful But Not Complete Relax Either
False belief: "It's gonna take forever for my body to feel better."
(Because I'm talking and walking you through this active release, it takes longer than 40-seconds but when you do on your own, it can be very short.)
*When you notice (give attention to) what your body is doing in the background, it can be one of the most impactful signals you can send your body.
Did anything feel different?
There’s no right answer. Just choose the one that feels closest.
Good. Don’t lose that signal.
Even a small shift matters. Your body just showed you that the way you feel is not fixed.
The next step is not to push harder. It’s to repeat the signal and help your body recognize it again.
That awareness is the doorway.
Most people don’t notice the extra effort until it becomes tightness, fatigue, pain, or frustration.
The goal now is to help you catch it earlier, before your body has to get louder.
That doesn’t mean it didn’t work.
Sometimes the first win is simply noticing how your body responds, even if the change is subtle.
The next step is to give your body a few simple chances to recognize safety without pressure.
Curiosity is enough to begin.
You don’t need to understand everything yet. You just need a simple next step that lets your body keep learning.
Start small. Repeat the experience. Notice what changes.
