You may notice small changes.
You may notice your breathing feels easier.

You may notice a sense of settling.

All of these are normal.
This is not about forcing change.
It is about allowing your nervous system to experience a different state, so it can begin to recognize that state again.
Even brief exposures are meaningful.
Nothing needs to be repeated perfectly.
Nothing needs to be achieved.
This is simply the beginning of allowing your system to downshift.
