EASE OUT of Chronic Tension, Pain, Fatigue & Overwhelm
Week 4: The Hole In Our Boat
"The Leak Beneath the Surface that might be Sabotaging your progress"
False Belief: "If I work at it hard enough, someday I will be okay."
What you experience today:
What it feels like to potentially plug a longstanding invisible leak.
You also explore:
✓ A deeper reason why your body might be adding extra effort through ordinary life
✓ How catching physical hidden effort is important but catching it alone might not be enough
✓ A simple practice that helps many become less guarded almost immediately
The goal today is not to force anything.
The goal is simply to become open to the possibility that there may be another way to lighten the load.
Today’s Practice
This practice is completely optional.
If it doesn't feel like the right time, simply continue noticing your body as you've been practicing.
If it does feel right...
Take a piece of paper and follow the instructions from the video.
You don't have to feel it perfectly.
You don't have to convince yourself.
You don't even have to do it if you don't want.
Again...
This is not something you have to do.
It's simply one practice that helped me begin reducing a leak I didn't realize was sabotaging my progress.

And tell me:
"What was your biggest takeaway from today's session?"
And answer this question:
"As you listened today, did anyone—or anything—come to mind that still seems to carry emotional weight?"
You do not have to tell me names or details.
A simple answer like:
- "Yes."
- "Not yet."
- "I'm not sure."
- "Someone came to mind."
- "I realized I've been carrying something."
is more than enough.
There are no right or wrong answers.
The purpose today isn't to solve anything.
It's simply to notice.
Stress doesn't only come from what is happening today.
Sometimes it comes from what our minds and bodies continue carrying long after an event has passed.
Many people naturally experience recurring thoughts, emotional activation, or protective responses when something unresolved is repeatedly brought to mind.
These experiences can influence attention, muscle tension, breathing patterns, sleep, and the body's overall sense of safety.
This doesn't mean every symptom is caused by unresolved emotional experiences.
Nor does it mean forgiveness is always simple or appropriate.
But it does invite an important question:
"Am I carrying something that is quietly asking for my attention?"
For some people, simply acknowledging that possibility creates a sense of relief.
For others, the process takes time.
Today's invitation is not about forcing closure.
It's about becoming open to another place where hidden effort may exist.

Stay With The Process
This session will remain available for the next 5 days.
Not because you need to rush.
But because sometimes the most meaningful work happens slowly.
If today's lesson stirred something...
Be gentle with yourself.
There is nothing you have to force.
Simply stay curious.
And continue reducing the distance between yourself and your body.
That is enough for today.
