5 Moves, 3 Rounds, 28min

Why do this?  This workout can accelerate fat-burning. It's an advanced hybrid workout using weights and Cardio (an advanced sort of HIIT). It's more efficient and intense than other workouts.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a light weight to start. Females who currently workout: 2-5 pounds.  Males who currently workout: 5-20 pounds.  (Beginners should not start with this workout).
  2. First round go light and easy. Second round challenge yourself. Third round either push harder or ease it back. Perform it in a manner where you will want to do it again. Don't push too hard your first few times.
  3. Do 2x per week. Couple this with Detox Routine, LowerBody ROAR, or other workouts.

Once you get familiar with the moves, you won't need to watch the video anymore. You can simply download this checklist and do at your own pace.

*Precautions: Don't push into any sharp pain. Breathe calmly throughout. Don't ever hold your breath. Stop if ever feeling dizzy, faint, or nauseous.
