Start Your Free HipCore Experience
Spend a few minutes with the HipCore Protocol™ and notice how your body responds before you try to understand it.
No forcing. No perfect form. No pushing through pain.
Before You Begin
1. Start gently
Stay well within your comfort. Smaller is better than forcing.
2. Notice first
Your job is not to fix your body. Your job is to notice what your body is doing.
3. Stop if needed
If anything feels sharp, threatening, dizzying, or wrong, pause or stop.
Step 1: Take a Body Snapshot
Before the practice, notice where you are starting. This gives your body something to compare afterward.
- Where do you feel the most effort right now?
- How easy is your breath?
- How does your neck, back, or hips feel?
- What movement feels restricted, heavy, guarded, or tight?
- What number would you give your current comfort from 0–10?
Step 2: Follow the HipCore Practice
Let me guide you through the experience. You do not need to memorize anything. Just follow along and stay curious.

Suggested length: 10–15 minutes
Step 3: Recheck
Now compare. Don’t search for a miracle. Just notice honestly.
- What feels easier?
- What feels lighter?
- Is your breath different?
- Did your movement change at all?
- Did any tension soften without you forcing it?
- What surprised you?
What Just Happened?
HipCore is not just stretching or exercising. It is a guided way of helping your body downshift, move, breathe, use only enough effort, and notice whether it stays organized or shifts into protection.
The goal is not to force your body to change. The goal is to give your body a different experience — then let your body show you what changed.
