Day 0: Gentle Entry

Nothing to fix. Nothing to catch up on.

Before you do anything else

Pause for a moment.

If your body feels tired, tense, guarded, distracted, or unsure —that’s okay.

That’s not a problem to solve.
That’s information.

You don’t need to be ready.
You don’t need to understand anything.
You don’t need to do this “right.”

Today is not about starting.
It’s just about lowering the volume a notch.


What today is for

Day 0 is not part of the program.It’s the entry into it.

Its only job is to help your nervous system feel:

• a little safer
• a little less braced
• a little more here

That’s enough.

You don’t need to listen all the way through for this to “work.”
You’re allowed to pause, stop early, or let it play without paying close attention.

This isn’t something to do correctly.
It’s simply something to notice.

You don’t need to feel different.

Just notice — if anything at all shifted, even slightly:

• Is something 1–2% softer?
• Is your breath a little less held?
• Is there less urgency than before?

If the answer is “no,” that’s okay too.

Nothing went wrong.

What happens next

You don’t need to do anything else today.

Later — or another day — you’ll be invited into a quiet space where the rest of the reset lives.

That space will already be set up for you.
You won’t need to search or decide where to start.

For now, resting here is enough.
