Payment, Participation and Cancellation Terms
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By purchasing Journey6, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Important payment commitment: Journey6 is a fixed six-month educational and coaching program. The monthly payment option divides the program price into six installments. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership.
1. Agreement and Program Provider
These terms form an agreement between you and KOHEALTH LLC, referred to in these terms as “we,” “us,” or “the Company.”
The agreement becomes effective when you complete checkout, submit payment, or otherwise affirmatively accept these terms.
Effective date: January 11, 2026
2. Journey6 Program
Journey6 is a six-month educational and coaching experience designed to help participants build on the foundation of the preceding six-week cohort.
Depending on the program schedule and participant needs, Journey6 may include:
- Educational lessons and coaching frameworks
- Guided awareness, movement, breathing, and effort practices
- Live workshops, discussions, or practice sessions
- Private coaching
- Community guidance and reflection prompts
- Access to designated program materials and recordings
- Optional introductory instruction for guiding other people
Specific lesson topics, timing, delivery methods, and sequencing may be adjusted when reasonably necessary to improve the learning experience or respond to participant needs.
3. Program Duration
Journey6 lasts approximately six consecutive months beginning on the start date confirmed after enrollment.
Participants may choose to begin:
- Immediately after completing the six-week cohort; or
- Approximately one week after the cohort ends.
A delayed start approved by the Company does not reduce the six-month program period.
4. Private Coaching
Participants may choose one of the following private-coaching rhythms, subject to availability:
- One 15-minute private coaching session each week; or
- One 30-minute private coaching session every other week.
Both schedules are intended to provide approximately the same amount of private coaching time.
Session times are subject to scheduling availability. We may occasionally need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, travel, or another unavoidable conflict.
5. Payment Options
Pay in Full
One payment of $2,997, due when you enroll.
Six-Payment Plan
Six payments of $549.50, for a total program price of $3,297.
Monthly installment authorization
If you select the six-payment plan, you authorize the payment processor and the Company to charge the payment method you provide for six scheduled installments.
The first installment is charged at enrollment. The remaining five installments will ordinarily be charged approximately once per month on or near the corresponding billing date shown at checkout.
The payment plan is a convenience for paying the full Journey6 program price over time. It does not create a month-to-month or cancel-anytime membership.
Failed or declined payments
If a scheduled payment is declined, we may contact you and make reasonable additional attempts to process the payment.
Access to coaching sessions, live events, community areas, or program materials may be paused while an account remains overdue.
You remain responsible for any unpaid amount unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Initial Cancellation and Refund Window
You may request cancellation within 10 days after completing your purchase by emailing [ko@hip-core.com].
A timely cancellation request must clearly include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear statement that you are cancelling Journey6
If the request is received within the stated cancellation window, payments already collected will be refunded to the original payment method, ordinarily within 14 business days.
After the initial cancellation window ends, the program fees become nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or where the Company approves an exception in writing.
7. Cancellation After the Initial Window
You may stop attending Journey6 at any time by notifying us in writing.
However, withdrawing from participation after the initial cancellation window does not automatically cancel, forgive, or refund the remaining balance of the fixed six-month program.
Participants enrolled through the six-payment plan remain responsible for all six installments, subject to applicable law and any written exception approved by the Company.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that serious illness, hospitalization, bereavement, financial hardship, or another significant life event may affect a participant’s ability to continue.
You may contact us to request an accommodation. Depending on the circumstances, we may consider options such as:
- A temporary pause
- A delayed return
- A modified payment schedule
- A transfer to a later program period
- Another reasonable written arrangement
Accommodations are considered individually and are not guaranteed. Any approved accommodation must be confirmed in writing.
8. Revoking Automatic Payment Authorization
You may contact us or your financial institution regarding the authorization to debit a bank account or payment method.
Revoking payment authorization changes how payments may be collected. It does not, by itself, cancel the Journey6 agreement or eliminate an unpaid contractual balance.
To discuss a payment authorization or update your payment method, email [ko@hip-core.com].
9. Missed and Rescheduled Private Sessions
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule a private session.
When reasonable notice is provided, we will make a good-faith effort to reschedule the session within the same coaching period.
Sessions missed without reasonable notice may be forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or circumstances outside the participant’s reasonable control.
Unused coaching time does not accumulate indefinitely and has no cash value. Private coaching time must generally be used during the six-month Journey6 period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Live Events, Recordings and Attendance
Attendance at every lesson, workshop, community discussion, or live event is not required.
When practical, recordings or summaries may be provided. We do not guarantee that every live event or private interaction will be recorded.
Missing lessons, coaching sessions, workshops, or community activity does not extend the program term or create a right to a refund.
11. Participant Responsibilities
By participating, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information relevant to coaching
- Participate within your personal ability and judgment
- Communicate when a practice feels unsuitable or concerning
- Seek appropriate medical care when needed
- Respect the privacy and dignity of other participants
- Use program materials only for their permitted purpose
- Avoid presenting yourself as certified unless formally authorized
You remain responsible for your personal decisions, activity level, exercise choices, healthcare decisions, and implementation of the information provided.
12. Educational and Coaching Scope
Journey6 provides education, coaching, guided experiences, and general wellness information.
Journey6 is not a substitute for:
- Emergency medical care
- Individual medical diagnosis
- Psychotherapy or mental-health crisis care
- Treatment prescribed by your licensed healthcare providers
- Legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice
Although James Ko is a physical therapist, participation in Journey6 does not automatically establish an individual physical-therapy provider-patient relationship unless that relationship is separately and expressly established in writing in compliance with applicable professional requirements.
Seek prompt medical assessment for new, severe, rapidly changing, or otherwise concerning symptoms. Call emergency services when you believe an emergency may be occurring.
13. No Guaranteed Outcome
Every participant’s history, health, circumstances, consistency, and response are different.
We do not guarantee:
- Elimination of pain or symptoms
- A specific physical, emotional, or financial result
- That every practice will feel helpful every time
- Eligibility for professional coaching or certification
Examples, stories, testimonials, and past participant experiences illustrate individual experiences and are not promises of your results.
14. Optional Guide and Coaching Path
Journey6 may introduce participants to ways of explaining or sharing general principles with other people.
Participation does not grant certification, licensure, permission to practice healthcare, or authorization to use the Company’s protected program names, methods, materials, or branding commercially.
Any future certification, licensing, coach-training, or commercial permission will require a separate written agreement and may involve additional eligibility requirements and fees.
15. Community Conduct and Confidentiality
Participants must treat others respectfully and must not share another participant’s personal information, comments, images, recordings, or experiences outside the program without permission.
While we ask participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Avoid sharing information you would not want another participant to know.
We may remove a participant from community areas, live sessions, or the program for harassment, threats, discrimination, unlawful conduct, repeated disruption, misuse of materials, or behavior that materially harms the learning environment.
Removal for serious misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund or release from an outstanding balance.
16. Intellectual Property
Journey6 videos, written materials, frameworks, recordings, worksheets, practices, branding, and other program resources are owned by or licensed to KOHEALTH LLC.
Enrollment provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the materials for your own participation.
Without written permission, you may not:
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the program
- Share login credentials or paid materials
- Resell, publish, upload, or distribute program materials
- Use the program to train or certify other people commercially
- Represent the materials as your own
17. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
Journey6 may use third-party services for payment processing, video meetings, email, text messaging, community access, scheduling, forms, file hosting, and content delivery.
Temporary interruptions or technical problems may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative, but we are not responsible for outages or failures outside our reasonable control.
18. Program Changes and Company Cancellation
We may make reasonable changes to lesson order, schedules, facilitators, platforms, live-event times, or program delivery when necessary.
If the Company permanently cancels Journey6 before delivering a substantial portion of the program, participants will receive an appropriate prorated refund for the undelivered portion, unless an equivalent replacement arrangement is accepted.
19. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for how you choose to use the educational information and practices provided through Journey6.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding relating to these terms will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Entire Agreement and Changes
These terms, the checkout disclosures, and any written program description incorporated into the purchase form represent the agreement relating to Journey6.
Any individual exception or modification must be confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of KOHEALTH LLC.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
