Let's start with something small...
Before we do anything—
I want you to notice something.
You may not have felt mentally rushed today.
But maybe your body was.
Brushing your teeth.
Walking somewhere.
Reading emails.
Looking for something.
Don’t change anything.
Just notice.
Now let's try something small.
Did anything feel different?
There’s no right answer. Just choose the one that feels closest.
Good. Don’t lose that signal.
Even a small shift matters. Your body just showed you that the way you feel is not fixed.
The next step is not to push harder. It’s to repeat the signal and help your body recognize it again.
That awareness is the doorway.
Most people don’t notice the extra effort until it becomes tightness, fatigue, pain, or frustration.
The goal now is to help you catch it earlier, before your body has to get louder.
That doesn’t mean it didn’t work.
Sometimes the first win is simply noticing how your body responds, even if the change is subtle.
The next step is to give your body a few simple chances to recognize safety without pressure.
Curiosity is enough to begin.
You don’t need to understand everything yet. You just need a simple next step that lets your body keep learning.
Start small. Repeat the experience. Notice what changes.
