What Recalibration Actually Means
We're not starting by trying to fix anything. We're starting by learning to see what's already happening. Watch as I walk you through it.
Nothing here needs to be done perfectly.
(And you can't fail at this).
Recalibration doesn't mean we're going to find another tool to fix something that's wrong with you.
We're going to start noticing where your body may be putting in more than the moment requires โ more tension, more bracing, more holding, or simply more effort.
And rather than immediately trying to make it stop, we'll begin creating small opportunities for your body to experience that maybe it doesn't need quite so much.
Not no effort. Not completely relaxed.
Maybe just a little less.
Don't fix it. Don't try to relax it. Don't worry about why it's happening. Catch yourself once or twice during ordinary life and notice. That's enough.
