What you learn today:

  1. How one exercise can potentially reduce pain and leakage by up to 80% in some people (yea, i know. It's kinda crazy.)
  2. Why passive stretching and other exercises being prescribed to people are actually harming them. But if you work the hip-core-pelvic system properly, you see instant results.
  3. A modified version of the exercise if you want to start more gently and slowly

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Do this one exercise. Shoot for 10 reps. Perform up to 3x per day. *Be consistent for at least 21 days to see noticeable results.
  2. Let your coach know how you felt afterwards, and whether it was easy medium or hard. 
  3. Once 10 reps becomes "easy," contact your coach for the progression move.

Why do this?   You don't have to live with pain and leakage; it can be resolved. You just have to do the right things. This laser targets one of the most common causes of weakness in the hip-core-pelvic system. Once you strengthen it, everything gets better.

IMPORTANT:   Check in with your coach and let them know how you felt afterwards and whether it was easy, medium or hard.
