What you learn today:
- How one exercise can potentially reduce pain and leakage by up to 80% in some people (yea, i know. It's kinda crazy.)
- Why passive stretching and other exercises being prescribed to people are actually harming them. But if you work the hip-core-pelvic system properly, you see instant results.
- A modified version of the exercise if you want to start more gently and slowly
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Do this one exercise. Shoot for 10 reps. Perform up to 3x per day. *Be consistent for at least 21 days to see noticeable results.
- Let your coach know how you felt afterwards, and whether it was easy medium or hard.
- Once 10 reps becomes "easy," contact your coach for the progression move.
Why do this? You don't have to live with pain and leakage; it can be resolved. You just have to do the right things. This laser targets one of the most common causes of weakness in the hip-core-pelvic system. Once you strengthen it, everything gets better.
