4 Moves, 3 Rounds, 30min

Why do this?  You can either build your booty or burn fat. This workout does BOTH. And until you challenge your glutes--and step up the intensity--you won't realize your magnificence. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You can use a dumbbell or do with bodyweight to start.
  2. First round go light and easy. Second round challenge yourself. Third round either push harder or ease it back. Perform it in a manner where you will want to do it again. Don't push too hard your first few times doing this workout.
  3. Do 2x per week. Couple this with Detox Routine, UpperBody ROAR, or other workouts.

Once you get familiar with the moves, you won't need to watch the video anymore. You can simply download this checklist and do at your own pace.

*Precautions: Don't push into any sharp pain. Breathe calmly throughout. Don't ever hold your breath. Stop if ever feeling dizzy, faint, or nauseous.
