- Step into a wide stance.
- Soft knees.
- Rock side to side.
- Let each foot lift naturally.
- Turn palms open.
- Jaw soft.
- Shoulders easy.
- Let your breath stay lazy.

You’ll feel your shoulders drop or your breath expand — that’s the pattern letting go.
"The Wall Lean" Reset
Purpose: Downshift the signal.
Targets: Diaphragm, side ribs, deep stabilizers, interoception.
How to do:
Lean your ribs into the wall on your dominant side.
Let your shoulder drop.
Keep a soft knee.
Slow, tiny rhythm forward/back.
Let your inhale widen your ribs.
Let your exhale melt your jaw.
Feeling cue:
If you feel even a hint of softening, you’re changing the signal.
Step 3: Hamstring + Upper Cervical Reset
Purpose: Reintegration.
Targets: Posterior chain → neck → global tone.
How to do:
