What you experience today:

What it feels like to clear the noise and clutter so clarity (and options) might become visible.

You also learn:

✓ That pause can be revealing

✓ How simple it is to quiet the chatter

✓ Sometimes clarity comes inside stillness

The goal today is not to fix your issue or predicament

It’s to clear the noise and see more clearly

TODAY'S INSTRUCTION:

Today, once or twice, pause and ask:

What is my guardedness preventing me from seeing... what am I trying to protect?

Then notice your body.

Is your jaw working?

Are your shoulders rising?

Is your stomach gripping?

Are your hands holding extra effort?

Is your breath paused?

Is there urgency in your body even when you are not actually in a rush?

You do not need to change anything.

You do not need to relax perfectly.

You do not need to figure out or solve everything right now.

Just quiet the noise.

If it feels helpful, soften your eyes for a moment.

Let your tongue rest.

Create a little space between your teeth.

Allow your breath to fall out.

Receive the support underneath you.

Let your body do five percent less.

That’s enough for today.
