3 Moves, 4 Rounds, Complete in under 30 minutes.

Why do this?  This workout strengthens the abs and obliques while pumping up the glutes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Get a barbell, dumbbells or weighted bag ready
  2. First round go light and easy. Second round challenge yourself. Third round push harder. Do the 4th round if you're up to it. Perform it in a manner where you will want to do it again. Don't push too hard your first few times.
  3. Rest 0-60 seconds between moves.
  4. Do 2x per week. Couple this with Detox Routine, another ROAR, or other workouts.

*Precautions: Don't push into any sharp pain. Breathe calmly throughout. Don't ever hold your breath. Stop if ever feeling dizzy, faint, or nauseous.
