10-Day Tension Reset

You're on the list my friend

I'll let you know as soon as registration opens for the next live 10-Day Tension Reset.

We begin together August 10

Here's what happens next.

1
Watch your inbox. I'll send you a few short messages before registration opens so you'll understand what we're going to explore during the Reset.
2
Registration opens August 3. You'll get early access and all the details before we begin together.
3
The live Reset begins August 10. I'll guide you one step at a time through the 10-day experience.
One practical thing:
Check your inbox for a confirmation email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your Promotions, Updates or Spam folder and move my email into your primary inbox so you don't miss the registration notice.

You don't need to wait until August 10 to start noticing.

In fact, I'd like you to try one very small experiment before we begin.

Sometime today, during something completely ordinary, pause for just a moment.

DON'T TRY TO CHANGE ANYTHING.
Is any part of your body using more effort than this moment actually requires?

Maybe you're:

Typing and notice your shoulders lifting.
Driving and realize you're gripping the steering wheel harder than necessary.
Reading your phone and notice your jaw holding.
Making dinner and discover your stomach or back is braced.
Concentrating and suddenly realize you've barely been breathing.

You don't have to decide why it's happening.

You don't have to make it stop.

Just notice that it happened.

Why am I asking you not to fix it?

Because most of us have become very good at noticing tension and immediately doing something about it.

Stretch it.

Massage it.

Move it.

Correct our posture.

Try to relax.

There's nothing inherently wrong with any of those things.

But for this first experiment, we're practicing something different:

Catching the pattern before automatically trying to make it disappear.

That simple difference is going to become important during the Reset.

That's all you need to do for now.

Don't turn this into another exercise you have to remember all day.

Don't monitor your body constantly.

Don't try to get it right.

Catch one moment.

That's enough.

I'll show you where we go from there.
