You're in.
Welcome to the 10-Day Tension Reset.
Your next 10 days aren't about fixing your whole body. We're going to start much smaller.
One recurring tension pattern.
Before we begin...
You don't need to start stretching more.
You don't need to monitor yourself all day.
And you don't need to figure anything out before Day 1.
We're going to choose one recurring pattern and get curious about it together.
Here's what happens next.
Check your email.
I've sent your welcome email to the address you used when you enrolled.
That's where you'll receive your starting instructions and access to Reset10.
If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
Still don't see it? Email me at ko@hip-core.com and we'll help you get started.
Don't start trying to fix your tension yet.
You may already be thinking:
That's okay.
But don't start trying to change it yet.
At the beginning of Reset10, I'll help you choose one recurring tension pattern to explore for the next 10 days.
It might be:
- Your shoulders while working.
- Your jaw while concentrating.
- Your stomach when you're rushing.
- Your breath during exercise.
- Your back while sitting.
- Or another recurring pattern you know well.
We're deliberately choosing one.
Trying to fix everything at once makes it much harder to see anything clearly.
Begin when you're ready.
You don't have to start this minute simply because you enrolled.
Choose a day when you can give the first experience your attention.
Once you begin, I recommend moving through the 10 days reasonably consistently so that what you're noticing stays fresh.
But this is not a test.
Miss a day? Come back.
Forget to practice? Come back.
Have a difficult day? That's part of the experience too.
One request before you begin.
Don't try harder to notice your tension.
That's important.
You just joined something called a Tension Reset, so it's natural to start checking yourself:
“Are my shoulders up?”
“Am I breathing correctly?”
“Should I relax this?”
That's not what I want you doing.
For now, go live your life.
We'll begin together.
The purpose of Reset10 isn't to make you more vigilant about your body.
It's to help you recognize patterns with less urgency—and eventually require less monitoring, not more.
What you'll explore over the next 10 days
Some days we'll work physically.
Some days we'll experiment with support, position, breathing, pace, or effort.
And some days I'll simply ask you to notice something you might normally overlook.
Release
Simple physical approaches for moments when your body may need a little help first.
Downshift
Explore conditions that may allow your body to use less unnecessary effort.
CALA
Catch. Allow. Listen. Adjust.
Notice what's happening without automatically turning it into something you have to fix.
You don't need to remember all of this right now.
I'll guide you through it.
What counts as progress?
Before Day 1, I want you to know one thing:
Don't judge Reset10 only by asking, “Is my tension gone?”
Of course, if you experience less tension, that's useful.
But also look for quieter changes.
Maybe you:
- Notice the pattern earlier.
- Recognize what happens immediately before it.
- Catch yourself holding your breath.
- Realize you're using more effort than necessary.
- Stop automatically fighting what you feel.
- Discover something that actually helps.
- Soften without deliberately making yourself soften.
- Return more quickly after tension builds.
Recognition is where we're going to begin.
You're done.
Seriously.
You signed up.
Your place is confirmed.
There's nothing else you need to accomplish on this page.
Check your email when you're ready.
Then go about your day.
One pattern.
One experience at a time.
I'll see you inside Reset10.
