This is not about forcing your body to relax.
It is about helping your system stop working so hard to protect you.

Program structure
The program will unfold over six weeks through a combination of teaching, observation, and gentle guided practices.
Inside the cohort you will learn:

- why the rib cage, breath, and posture often change together
- why stretching and pushing harder often backfires
- how to begin reducing unnecessary bracing patterns
- how to support your body in moving with less effort and more ease
