This Program Is Designed For People Who Notice Things Like:
- chronic muscle guarding or tension
- stomach gripping during concentration
- shoulders or neck tightening during simple tasks
- breath holding without realizing it
- exercise sometimes making the body feel worse
- feeling like the body rarely fully relaxes
These patterns often happen when the nervous system stays in protection mode longer than necessary.
The goal of this program is to help the body learn when it is safe to release that protection.

Group size is intentionally limited so each participant can receive personal guidance.

The application helps ensure the program is the right fit for you and allows me to better understand your experience. It usually takes about 3–4 minutes to complete.
After you apply
Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.
If the program feels like a good fit, you will receive an invitation to join the upcoming cohort along with enrollment details.
If the next cohort is full, you may be placed on the waitlist for the following group.
