This is a gentle introduction to allowing protective tension to reduce, without forcing it.
Before listening, I recommend watching this short video.
It will help you understand how this works, and why nothing needs to be forced for your body to begin responding differently.
Once you're ready, you can listen below.
You do not need to do anything while listening.
There is nothing to perform. Nothing to get right.
Just listen.
After listening, you may notice small changes.
You may notice your breathing feels different.
You may notice certain areas feel less held.
Or you may notice nothing obvious at all.
All of these are normal.
This is not about forcing change.
It is about giving your nervous system the opportunity to experience a different state, so it can begin to recognize that state again.
Nothing needs to be repeated perfectly. Nothing needs to be achieved.
This is simply an introduction.
