7-Day Activation
A gentle next option — if it feels right
Before anything else
This page is not here to convince you of anything.
You’re not “supposed” to be ready for more.
You didn’t earn this by completing something.
And nothing is missing if you decide this isn’t for you.
Some people, after a slow and quiet reset, notice they have a little more capacity.
Not motivation.
Not drive.
Just steadiness.
If that’s true for you, this page is simply here to explain an option.
What the 7-Day Activation is
The 7-Day Activation is a short, structured experience that introduces gentle, guided movement in a calm and paced way.
It’s designed for people who:
feel a bit steadier than they did before
want light guidance rather than complete openness
are curious about movement again, without pushing or forcing
benefit from structure when their system is ready for it
It lasts seven days, but it does not require intensity, effort, or keeping up.
How it’s different from Slow Entry
Slow Entry is about permission.
The 7-Day Activation is about gentle guidance.
Slow Entry removes demand entirely.
The 7-Day Activation introduces a small amount of structure — on purpose.
If Slow Entry helped you feel safer in your body,
the 7-Day Activation helps you begin moving again from that safety.
If Slow Entry still feels like enough, that’s completely valid.
What this is not
This is not:
a workout challenge
a push for progress
a test of discipline
a requirement to continue
You don’t need to prove readiness.
You don’t need to finish anything.
You don’t need to decide today.
A simple question to check in
As you read this, notice what your body says:
If it says “not yet” — listen to that.
If it says “maybe” — that’s enough curiosity.
If it says “yes, gently” — this might be a good fit.
There’s no penalty for any answer.
If you want to learn more
If you’d like to see the full details of the 7-Day Activation — what it includes, how it’s structured, and how enrollment works — you can do that here.
That link will take you to the full program page.
No timers.
No pressure.
No follow-up if you decide not to continue.
One last thing
Choosing not to continue is not a step backward.
Slow Entry stands on its own.
You didn’t “pause” anything by stopping there.
This page is just an open door — nothing more.
