Day 2
You don’t feel tension when it starts.
Today is about noticing the small effort your body may be using before tension becomes obvious.
Don’t look for something dramatic today. The goal is not to find what’s wrong. The goal is to notice what your body may already be doing quietly.
After the reset, notice:
- Did you feel any small effort you didn’t expect?
- Did it show up in your jaw, shoulders, breath, or posture?
- What changed when you did a little less?
.
.
.
That’s enough for today.
You do not need to force anything.
Over the next day, simply notice:
→ moments effort quietly sneaks in
→ moments your body grips before you realize it
→ moments things suddenly feel harder than they should
Not to fix.
Not to change.
Just notice.
Tomorrow we’ll begin exploring something important:
how tension can become so familiar that we stop noticing it at all.
Day 3 opens tomorrow 🌿
We'll send it to your email.
Tomorrow we’ll connect this to movement — and why stretching or strengthening often doesn’t stick when the body is still protecting.
